Steven Frank

Steven Frank is a New York City based personal trainer whose clients include celebrities, professional athletes, and everyday people. He is widely recognized for his expertise in boxing technique and all logistics surrounding “the sweet science.” He is a trainer with the perfect ability to challenge, but not overwhelm, which is the key to his across the board success.

Before training boxing champions, Steve first became one himself. In 1984 he competed in the Men’s Featherweight Event at the Summer Olympics. By 1987, he turned professional and became NBA Super-Middleweight champion. Just recently (2018) he was inducted into the Florida Boxing Hall of Fame in celebration of his career.

“Champions make champions.” After his own success in boxing, Steve moved forward to train brothers Raul Frank (USBA Champ) and Ronson Frank (Two time World Champion Challenger). This realized his entry into the world of fitness training, and would begin to shape his straightforward and effective “NYC” style.

Speaking of NYC, many film and television personalities have sought Steve’s guidance in preparing for roles, and stayed on to include him in their everyday regime. With over 42 years of experience in the fitness industry (boxing and training) it comes as no surprise that Steve is an invaluable resource- no matter what fitness challenge lays ahead: physical appearance, weight loss, or championship goals.
